A home on Santan Lakeside Estates (zip code 85242) just sold for $1,010,000 after being on the market for 36 days. This was a bank owned property that started out with a list price of $1,500,000 and reduced to $1,200,000. Not a bad deal for a cash offer….

Next, we have a home in Whitewing (zip code 85234) that sold for $525,000 after being on the market for 79 days. This home was also a bank owned property that listed for $599,900 and then reduced by $6,300 before receiving an offer. The buyer used 30 year fixed conventional financing. Who says jumbo loans aren’t going through?
